Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@hidesoul.com with photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items, discounted products, or custom orders cannot be returned unless received in a damaged condition.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or grain are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@hidesoul.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  4. Approved returns will be processed for exchange or refund within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For international customers (Europe and other regions), return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, Hidesoul will bear the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or model, please email us.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional shipping fees.
