Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at info@hidesoul.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for orders that meet our return eligibility conditions, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- To initiate a refund, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery, providing relevant proof (photos or videos) of the issue.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and international taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cancelled after dispatch.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration.
- Custom-made or discounted products.
- Minor color or texture variations that naturally occur in genuine leather.
Late or Missing Refunds
