This policy explains how you can cancel an order and request a refund if needed.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they havenā€™t been shipped.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at info@springgreen-alpaca-162745.hostingersite.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Once your order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery under our Return Policy.

2. Automatic Cancellations

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • Payment is not completed successfully.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders remain unconfirmed after verification.
  • The product becomes out of stock or unavailable after order placement.
    In such cases, youā€™ll be notified immediately, and a full refund (if paid) will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return request approved as per our Return Policy.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Items purchased under ā€œFinal Saleā€, ā€œNon-returnableā€, or customized orders.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be initiated within 5ā€“7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit or bank transfer upon confirmation.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenā€™t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your payment providerā€”it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
