Return & Exchange Policy – SR Trendy Trend

At SR Trendy Trend, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, comfortable, and stylish kids’ clothing. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The tags and original packaging are intact.
  • The item is not part of a final sale, discounted, or customized order.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories
  • Items marked as ā€œFinal Saleā€ or ā€œNon-returnableā€
  • Gift cards or promotional products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@springgreen-alpaca-162745.hostingersite.com with your order ID, item name, and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will verify your request and share pickup or return shipping details within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or SMS about your refund or exchange status.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free.
  • For other returns (such as size or preference), a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or wrong.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit/coupon (for COD orders).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product replacements (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
